However, the decision to choose the hydrofoil or ferry to reach Capri from Naples may also depend on other factors such as departure time and seasickness sensitivity and ticket price. Better to take the hydrofoil or ferry to Capri? Personal experiences

I reiterate the incipit of this post: the choice between hydrofoil and ferry to go to Capri depends on the type of traveler. I personally prefer the hydrofoil because of the speed and numerous daily departures that allow me theround trip on the same date.

For travelers carrying pets and more baggage, instead the ferry is recommended. An additional point in favor of the ferry is the greater stability of the trip. It is slower, but it holds up better to the sea, especially when there is some wave.
